3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer 100% FREE Shipping on all prepaid online orders across India.
- COD Orders: We strictly do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services to ensure secure transactions and avoid fake order placements.

Once your order is dispatched from our central warehouse, you will automatically receive a live Tracking Link via SMS and Email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts & Refusals (RTO)
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect phone number, or refuses/rejects the parcel at the time of delivery, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse as a Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, the order cannot be cancelled, and a flat 15% Restocking and Handling Fee (which covers the double costs of forward and reverse shipping incurred by the store) will be strictly deducted from the customer's advance payment before issuing any remaining refund.
