SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW
This website is operated by The Trendy Essentials India. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site.
SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & ACCURACY
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region (India only).
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change or suspension of service.
  • SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNTS
    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
    Payment & Refunds: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid online. In the event of an approved refund (subject to our Return and RTO policies), the amount will be processed directly to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days, after strictly deducting the applicable 15% Restocking and Handling Fee.
  • SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by courier partners, local holidays, or transit issues.
    Risk & Liability: Risk of loss and title for the items pass to the customer once the product is handed over to our courier partner.
    Failed Delivery Attempts (RTO): Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer remains unavailable, provides an incorrect/incomplete address, or rejects the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the order cannot be cancelled, and a flat 15% Restocking and Handling Fee will be strictly deducted before processing any remaining refund.
    SECTION 7 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
    All purchases made on our website are strictly subject to our standalone Refund Policy.
    Strict No Change of Mind: We follow a strict "No Change of Mind" return and exchange policy. Returns, replacements, or reshipments are ONLY accepted for products that are delivered in a physically damaged condition, defective, or if the wrong item/size/color was delivered.
    Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited, continuous unboxing video recorded within 48 hours of delivery is mandatory to raise any concern.
    Refund Deductions: If a refund is approved after the mandatory product check at our central warehouse, the amount will be processed directly to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days, after strictly deducting the applicable 15% Restocking and Handling Fee. No monetary refunds are applicable for electronic items.
      SECTION 8 - USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES
      You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
      SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
      These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
